Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Services are not directed at children under the age of 18.

Womro, through its Mother Bhojan brand, operates an online marketplace that enables customers to discover and order home-cooked meals prepared by verified Kitchen Partners, and to have those meals delivered through our delivery partners. Womro provides the technology platform and facilitates transactions, payments, and support.

Womro is an intermediary and marketplace facilitator. Food is prepared by independent Kitchen Partners. While we operate a verification and quality framework for Kitchen Partners, Womro does not itself cook or prepare food and is not the manufacturer of the meals offered through the platform.

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

We may verify your identity, including through one-time passwords (OTPs) sent over SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You are responsible for keeping your registered contact details up to date.

Prices for meals are displayed on the platform and may include applicable taxes, packaging, and delivery charges. We may change prices, menus, and availability at any time. Once an order is confirmed, it constitutes an offer that may be accepted or declined by the relevant Kitchen Partner or by Womro.

Payments are processed through our payment service providers, including Razorpay for customer payments and RazorpayX for partner payouts. By placing an order, you authorise us and our payment providers to charge the applicable amounts to your selected payment method. Womro does not store full card details on its own systems.

Commissions, settlement amounts, and payout schedules applicable to Kitchen Partners are governed by the separate Kitchen Partner agreement and the platform's settlement terms.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the status of your order at the time of cancellation and the nature of the food ordered. Because meals are freshly prepared, orders that have entered preparation may not be cancellable. Where a refund is due, it will be processed to the original payment method within the timelines of our payment providers. Specific cancellation and refund conditions are made available within the Services at the time of ordering.

Kitchen Partners are independent food businesses and are solely responsible for the quality, safety, hygiene, accurate description, and lawful preparation of the food they offer, including compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) framework and all applicable food-safety, labelling, and licensing requirements.

Kitchen Partners must provide accurate registration, FSSAI, bank, and KYC details, and must keep them current. Womro may suspend or remove a Kitchen Partner who fails to meet our verification, quality, or conduct standards.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate another person or entity;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, our systems, or other users' accounts;
• Upload or transmit malicious code, or scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Services without authorisation;
• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable;
• Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with any other party's use of it.

You may submit content such as reviews, ratings, photographs, and communications (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Womro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, host, store, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms.

The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, the “Womro” and “Mother Bhojan” names and marks, and all related intellectual property, are owned by or licensed to Womro Solutions Private Limited and are protected under applicable laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

The Services rely on and integrate with third-party providers, including payment processors, messaging and communication platforms (such as the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms), delivery partners, cloud hosting, and customer-support tools. Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. Womro is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers beyond its reasonable control.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Womro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that food prepared by Kitchen Partners will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Womro and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Womro's total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Womro and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Services, other users, or Womro. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any applicable mandatory consumer-protection law, the courts at Mohali (SAS Nagar), Punjab, India, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
